炭载型TiO_2光催化剂前躯体的制备及表征

摘要 以TiCl4和水性中间相为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法结合超临界干燥技术制备炭载型TiO2光催化剂,用XRD,TEM,FT IR对试样进行表征,重点考察炭载型TiO2光催化剂的内部结构和外部形貌特征。结果显示:炭载体为含有许多特征官能团的无定形炭,尺寸范围小于1μm;主催化剂TiO2呈四方晶系锐钛矿型,粒度小于10nm;TiO2均匀弥散在炭载体表面。 TiO_(2)/carbon photo-catalysts are prepared by sol-gel heat and supercritical fluid drying methods from TiCl_(4) and aqua-mesophase The samples are characterized in terms of XRD and TEM techniques.The internal structure and the exterior shape of the photo-catalysts have been examinedThe results show: (1)The carbon is in crystalless form which contains a lot of characteristic functional groups, and the size is less than 1μm ;(2) The main catalyst is α-TiO_(2) ,and the size is less than 10nm; (3) TiO_(2) is well distributed in the carbon material.
