摘要
太赫兹(Terahertz,THz)辐射是波长介于30gm-1mm(10THz-300GHz)间的电磁波。随着THz辐射技术的不断改进,促进了THz辐射的机理研究和应用研究,由于THz时域光谱(THz-TDs)技术的明显的优点使得生物大分子的研究日益成为THz应用研究的热点。就THz辐射的产生技术、探测技术作了概要描述,重点介绍和分析了THz辐射与生物大分子蛋白质、DNA的相互作用。
Terahertz (THz) radiation occupies the electromagnetic (EM) spectrum region between approximately 30 μm and 1 mm (10 THz-300 GHz). Recent advances in methods of producing THz radiation have stimulated interest in studying mechanism and application of THz radiation. Applications of THz radiation in biomolecular sensing and spectroscopy are very important due to the benefits of THz-TDS. This paper briefly summarizes various methods used to generate and detect THz radiation and reviews particularly current understanding of the interactions between THz radiation and biomolecules (protein and DNA).
