依据现有锅炉液位检测的现状,设计出了一种数字式锅炉液位传感器。该传感器利用单片机的并口测量液位数据,串口与上位机进行通信,并能对传感器的故障进行诊断。经现场试运行表明:该传感器系统设计合理、可行,具有一定的容错能力。为系统维护及故障查找提供了方便,具有较高的性价比。

According to the present state of the liquid level measurement in boilers,a boilers’ liquid level sensor is designed.This fault-tolerant sensor measures the liquid level using single chip processor.The signal of liquid level is transferred into data,and these data are sent into other computer system through serial interface,and fault of the sensor is diagnosed.It is proved this sensor has rational,practicable design and fault-tolerant ability after field trial running.At the same time,it provides convenience for system maintenance and fault check,and has higher performance-price ratio.
