摘要
接触网硬点的存在严重影响电力机车的正常运行。介绍一种采用应变式加速度传感器测量电气化铁路接触导线硬点的方法,分析了加速度传感器的工作原理、数学模型、频率特性和测量电路,并由此确定传感器的设计参数,给出了整个测量系统的组成和在电力机车上的安装位置,并得到了现场检测结果,证明检测系统工作稳定可靠,达到设计要求。
As catenary hard spot seriously affects the normal running of electric locomotives,a method applying strain acceleration transducer for measuring catenary hard spot in the electric railway is thereby introduced.The operating principle,mathematical model,frequency features and measurement circuit of the acceleration transducer are analyzed.Then,the designing parameters of the transducers are derived and the composition of the detecting system as well as installation position on the electric locomotives are presented.Finally, the field test results are obtained.The system is proved to be stability and reliability,which satisfied the intended designing demand.
