摘要
介绍了用于激光和牙齿作用后产生的等离子体监控的声学传感器的设计方法,可用于对激光作用过程的监控。
This paper presents the method of designing a acoustic sensor monitoring the shock wave and sound wave along with plasma produced in the process of interaction between short-pulse laser and teeth.
