摘要
采用泡沫镍为催化剂,550℃下催化裂解乙炔,制取了鱼骨状纳米碳纤维。透射电镜、高分辨电镜、喇曼光谱、X射线衍射等分析结果表明,该产物具有鱼骨状结构,其石墨化程度较低,但经1000℃高温处理后,石墨化程度明显提高。对该法所制得的鱼骨状纳米碳纤维进行初步的预处理及常温中压下的吸氢实验,发现纤维经高温处理和酸处理后吸氢量没有明显提高。
Fish-bone structure graphite nanofibers were synthesized at the temperature of 550°C while nickel foams were used as catalysts and acetylene as carbon source. The as-prepared products had a great yield and high purity. Through HRTEM observations an unique structure called fish-bone was found in the graphite nanofibers. TEM, Raman and XRD were also carried out to investigate the structure of these fibers. It was found that after high-temperature (1000°C) treatment, the degree of long range order of graphite nanofibers was improved. Furthermore, hydrogen adsorption experiments of the as-prepared graphite nanofibers, as well as the fibers after high-temperature treatments and acid treatments were carried out at room temperature and medium pressure. However, it seems the adsorption capacity was not so high as reported by Rodriguez.
