Marx founded the scientific theory of working value in the replacement of workshop & handicraft industry by machine industry in the middle period of 19th century. Today,great changes have taken place in the world economic realm. Many new issues have been put forward by the development of time, the theory of Marxist labor and working value face new challenge in the contemporary era. How to realize the theory of Marxist working value advancement with time, and innovation and development, becomes primary task for the development of time. In this artide, we discuss five different points related to the new challenge to the theory of Marxist labor and working value in the contemporary era, intending to deepen our understanding of the theory of socialism labor and working value,and accordingly realize new development of the theory of Marxist labor and working value in socialist practice
