摘要
研究了微量钒(Ⅴ)催化溴酸钾氧化印染废水中酸性铬蓝K和邻苯二酚紫等染料降解脱色的新方法。探讨了染料初始浓度、KBrO3用量、钒(Ⅴ)用量、废水酸度、反应温度和反应时间等对染料降解脱色的影响因素,建立了治理废水中染料的新工艺,并具有消耗少、成本低、设备简单、操作简便、效果好等特点。为治理印染废水开辟了一条新途径。
A new catalytic oxidation process about that potassium bromate can efficiently degrade Acid chrome blue K and Pyrocatechol violet in wastewater in the presence of vanadium(Ⅴ) as a catalyst has been studied. The effects of dyes initial concentration, KBrO_3 amount, Vanadium(Ⅴ) amount, initial pH of wastewater, reaction temperature and reaction time on the decolorization are investigated in detail. And this new technology with many advantages, such as little consume, low cost, simple equipment, easy operation, high efficiency ect. provides a new way for treating dye wastewater.
