摘要
本文就热释电器件结构 ,作了二维分布参数模型的分析 ,建立了热平衡方程 ,求解出调制辐射下的热释电流。导出的理论值较好地与实验值符合。对于热释电晶体尺度的设计和工艺 。
The construction of pyroelectric detections was analyseel in the paper. Two distripution parameter models were estaslisheel and pyroelectric current was solved in modulation radiation. The theory value derived conformed to experimental value and some opinions on design of pyroelectric detectors were put forward in this paper.
