摘要
本文通过分析采用相关要求的零件的合格条件及采用最大实体要求而对形位公差没有进一步要求的零件的检测方法 ,指出了当前在测量中存在的的主要问题 ,即只用位置量规进行检测是欠准确的 ,提出了必须再测量零件的实际尺寸 ,并同时判断其是否超出最大实体尺寸的检测方法。
In this article,we analyses the qualified condition of the spares that adopt different principals of related requirement, and points out the existing problem in measuring method, perfect the corresponding measures reasonably. With regard to measure the spares that adopt maximum material requirement and don't ask shape and position tolerance, it is not accurate to measure with position gauge only. It must measure the actual sizes of the spares yet, and decide if the actual sizes exceed the maximum material sizes.
