摘要
浮法玻璃是在盛有金属浮抛液的锡槽中进行的。在锡槽中 ,玻璃液与锡液以及保护气体之间发生十分复杂的离子交换反应 ,研究这些反应过程并加以控制 ,对提高玻璃成型质量无疑是十分重要的。本文主要讨论锡槽中玻璃与锡液 ,玻璃与气氛之间的离子交换反应 ,通过反应过程的探讨 。
Sn-channal is an important thermal apparatus of the floating glass taking shap,glass zone in addition to taking shape in sn-channel,it has complicated phycal and chamical reaction with the sn-liguid and the gas in sn-channel.these reaction affect quality of the fioating glass. Mainly expatiates on the ion interchange reation of glass zone in sn-channel is expatiated and the quality of glass was analyzed in this paper.
