摘要
利用自行研制的前混合式磨料射流切割机,对多种直径喷嘴射流在非淹没环境下切割铝板的性能进行了对比试验研究,探讨了射流直径对切缝宽度、切深和切割比能耗的影响。实验发现:在射流功率相等的条件下, 0.60mm圆射流代替 1.84mm圆射流进行前混合式磨料射流切割实验,可有效地提高切割深度,大大降低切缝宽度和切割比能耗。
With the use of the premixed abrasive jet cutter invented by The Water Jet Research of our university independently, the paper conducts the comparative experimental study on the cutting characteristics of many different diameter nozzles jets cutting aluminum plate in air. The jet diameter influences on the cutting seam's width、depth and cutting specific energy are discussed. It is found that the cutting seam's depth is greatly raised; the cutting seam's width and cutting specific energy are greatly reduced with the same jet efficiency when 0.60mm round jet replaces 1.84mm round jet in the premixed abrasive jet cutting experiment.
