摘要
β -甲基萘与溴己烷在无水三氯化铝催化下缩合得到单、双己基甲基萘。采用气 -质联用技术作为烷基化工艺的评价手段 ,研究芳烷摩尔比、反应时间、温度对反应的影响 ,找到甲基萘长链烷基化的较佳反应条件。合成单、双己基甲基萘较佳反应条件 :芳烷摩尔比为 1 .5∶1 ( 0 .8∶1 ) ,催化剂质量分数为 1 0 7%,在 80℃条件下反应 6h。采用同时合成单、双烷基甲基萘的合成工艺 ,得到 2种产品 ,较佳反应条件 :芳烷摩尔比为 1∶1 ,催化剂质量分数为 1 0 7%,在 80℃条件下反应 5h。
Mono /di hexyl methylnaphthalene could be obtained from β methylnaphthalene (MN)and n bromohexane (BA) proceeding condensation catalyzed by anhydrous aluminium chloride. Gas chromatography mass spectrometry was used as the evaluation method for the alkylation technology. The influences of molar ratio of MN to BA, reaction temperature and time were studied, and the optimal reaction conditions were achieved. The optimal reaction conditions for synthesizing mono /di hexylmethylnaphthalene: molar ratio of 1.5∶1(0.8∶1) for MN to BA, in the presence of 10 7 % of catalyst at 80 ℃ for 6h. By adopting the technology of coinstantaneously synthesizing the two products, the optimal reaction conditions are molar ratio of 1∶1 for MN to BA, in the presence of 10 7 % of catalyst at 80 ℃ for 5 h.
