摘要
论述了安全培训工作的创新对于提高安全培训质量 ,保证安全生产的重要意义 ,从培训管理、培训教学、培训方法与手段三个方面探讨了培训创新的内容与途径。
In order to guarantee safety in wark place and enhance safety training quality the safety training has to be innovated continually. The article discusses the channels and contents of training innovation in three aspects: training management, training methods, training means.
