摘要
综述光纤布拉格光栅的传感机理 ,研制基于薄壁应变筒的光纤布拉格光栅压力传感器。该传感器力灵敏度高 ,同时又能实现温度补偿 ;其结构简单 ,易干工业化生产。对静态特性实验研究结果表明 。
The mechanism of fiber Bragg grating sensing was used to develop the fiber Bragg grating pressure sensors based on thin wall strain canister are experimen tally studied. The pressure sensor is high sensitivity and can serve the purpose of temperature compensation.Furthermore,the structure of the sensor is very simple and can be manufactured as industrialized products.The paper carried out the experimental research on static characteristic of the sensors. The result shows that this pressure sensors performance is superior to conventional sensors.
