通过对电子商务和ERP的论述 ,指出企业在进行电子商务ERP建设时 ,必须对电子商务和ERP进行有效的整合应用 ,方能使其发挥最大的效益。

With the rapid development of digital process, more and more enterprises begin to expand E-commerce and put the advanced management idea- ERP into enterprise management. However, many enterprises divide E-commerce with ERP, which increase the input of enterprises, and can not share resources to fully achieve the utmost benefits of E-commerce and ERP without the unified plan and design. The thesis analyzes E-commerce and ERP, points out that we should comprehensively apply E-commerce and ERP in order to gain utmost benefits.
