摘要
喷钙脱硫技术作为一种烟气脱硫的切实可行的方法已渐步为人们所认识,并已开始走向商业化,钙基吸着剂脱硫效率的提高则能使该法具有更强大的生命力.本研究为探索加入少量添加剂来提高钙基吸着剂脱硫效率的途径取得了理想的结果.添加少量钠化合物和铬化合物后,钙基吸着剂在高温下颗粒表面发生变化,促进其与二氧化硫反应,从而使脱硫率显著提高.NaCl、其他一些钠化合物及Cr_2O_3的加入,使脱硫率分别提高15%、1倍和1.5倍.
Limestone injection is currently being considered as one of the most feasible ways of reducing flue gas SO_2 in coal-fired boilers. It will be even more competitive, if its sulfur capture can be further improved. This study investigated the ability of the use of small concentrations of additives to enhance sulfur capture of limestone injection, and achieved success. It was found that additives can change the sorbent's morphology in combustion temperature, increase the accessibility of SO_2 to reach interior CaO sites. Sulfur capture can be raised by about 15 percent by the addition of NaCl, 1.5 times and 2 times by other sodium compounds and chromium oxide respectively.
