摘要
用冲击回转式凿岩机凿岩时卡钎是经常发生的。根据岩石破碎机理和钎头钎杆的受力状况,分析了卡钎的原因,提出防止卡钎的方法。钎头上合金片(柱)以非中心对称布置时更容易发生卡钎,因此,在设计钎头时应将合金片(柱)呈中心对称布置,同时简要介绍了凿岩台车的自动防卡钎系统。
Jamming often takes place during percussion-rotary drilling. In this paper, on the basis of mechanism of rock crushing, and the forced state of bit and rod, the cause of jamming is first analyzed with anti-jamming method
pointed out. Secondly, an original idea is advanced——if slices (or pillars) of hard
alloy on bit are arranged in non-centrosymmetric order, jamming will occur more frequently. So during bit designing a new proposition is put forward, i.e. slices (or pillars) of hard alloy on a bit must be arranged in centrosymmetric order. Last, the author briefly recommends an automatic anti-jamming system on drilling rigs.
