摘要
运用多种分析测试技术对目前大量生产并使用的各向同性钡铁氧体材料在平行和垂直于压制方向上磁性参数的差异及其产生的原因进行了研究。结果表明单向压制导生的晶体取向是这种磁性差异的主要根源。本文阐述了一种提高各向同性铁氧体磁性能的新途径。
The difference of magnetic properties and its cause along parallel and perpendicular direction to that of the compact-pressing of nominally isotropic barium ferrites are investigated. The preferential orientation of crystal during mon-odirectional compact-pressing is the main cause of the difference in magnetic properties. A new route to improve the magnetic properties of nominally isotropic barium ferrite is described in this paper and now being used in manufacture.
