赤泥分级过滤新技术

摘要 以浓密机与真空过滤机进行赤泥分离时,由于待过滤料浆粒度粗细严重不均,粗粒物料经常在过滤机的滤槽内沉淀,造成操作困难,产量下降,碱损失增大,赤泥满足不了作为水泥原料的质量要求。应用适于赤泥分级浓缩的旋流器,首先把赤泥料浆中的粗粒级从底流中大部分分离出来,且使其水含量小于57%,产出的溢流粒级变细,再给人过滤机则使过滤条件改善。新工艺现已投入生产,使用效果良好,经济效益可观。 The previous technological process of the red mud separation consists of thickener and vacuum filter. Because the particle size distribution of pulp is dramatically heterogeneous, large particles frequently precipitate in the trough of filter, resulting in difficult operation, decreasing of the output and increasing of the loss of soda. Moreover, the red mud cannot meet the quality demand for cement industry. By use of hydrocyclone for classification and thickening of red mud, the large particles are firstly classified from the underflow of hydrocyclone with water content less than 57%, and the grain size of the overflow become finer. Then the overflow of the hydrocyclone is fed to thickener, which now operates much better. Now the new technology is put into operation, showing satisfactory results with good economical returns.
