预选抛尾技术是金属矿山一项十分有效的节能增效措施,对于处理大粒度矿石的磁选机其磁系的设计是关键问题;CTDY1214移动式大块干式磁选机其筒表磁感应强度为0.455T,处理能力300~600t/h,处理矿石粒度为0~400mm,抛尾产率为13%~18%,抛尾品他7%~9%,磁性铁回收率为99%。
The technology of preconcentration to discard coarse gangue is a very efficient measure of cutting down the energy consumption and increasing economic benefits for metal mines. The design of the magnetic system is a key problem to developing permanent magnetic cobbing separators for treating lump ore. The magnetic field intensity on the surface of CTDY1214 movable lump ore dry magnetic cobber is 0.455T, with treating capacity 300-600t/h ore sized 0-400mm. It can discard 13%-18% gangue as tailings grading 7%-9% Fe, at magnetic iron recovery 99%.
