摘要
笔者在闹述贫连生体矿物浮选机理的同时,引入了贫连生休矿物与脉石矿物在泡沫相中下落时间差的概念,由此而发展了一种适于粗选的浮选槽,以尽早丢弃最终尾矿。
In this paper, the authors describe a flotation mechanism developed for poor locked particles, in which a falling time difference between poor locked valuable mineral particles and gangue ones is introduced. According to this description the main flotation principles of poor locked valuable mineral particles are concluded that first of all the flotation must be supported by huge amount of aeration. Second, there must be a thick froth layer. These conditions would result in increasing the falling time difference between locked valuable mineral particles and gangue ones to improve the selectivity of froth flotation. Such a kind of flotation process is specially suitable for rougher and scavenger flotation, in which under a coarser grinding condition a final tailings product can be obtained. Primary flotation results obtained by the authors designed cell compared with traditional 'Mechanobr' lab cell for the same sample are given. It shows that the new type lab cell can obtain better performances under coarser grinding fineness and less reagent consumption.
