摘要
结合国家“七五”科技攻关项目“凡口铅锌矿阶段深孔台阶崩矿采矿法研究”回采间柱的试验研究,从改善爆破效果、加强爆破作用控制、确保两侧充填体的稳定性着手,分析和研究了作为控制爆破作用技术措施之一的空气间隔装药爆破的作用机理及合理结构参数的确定。模型试验及现场应用情况都表明了空气间隔装药爆破能改变应力波的形状、降低应力峰值、延长正压作用时间、增加冲量密度和能量密度,从而有利于改善爆破效果,加强爆破用用控制。
Based on the research on intermediate pillars stoping of' Research on sublevel blasthole bench caving mining method used at Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine', the major scientific and technical project of the state' Seventh Five Year Plan', starting with improving blasting effect, enhancing the contro) of blasting action, and ensuring the stability of filled bodies on both sides. The determination of reasonable structure parameters and mechanism of blasting by using air deck charging, as one of the technical measures of blasting control, are analyzed and studied. It shows by model test and field application that the above-mentioned blasting method can change the shape of stress wave, lowering peak stress, prolonging the time of positive pressure action, increasing impulse density and energy density, therefore it is beneficial to improve blasting effect and enhance blasting control.
