According to the practice of agriculture information services in Xiangfan City , we have advanced the information system reconstruction in the article . Beside the devotion in network hardware, we pay attention to how to empolder and apply the manage softwares. At the same time, we pay attention to nalyse and study the agriculture economic information to improve the authority,the efficiency and the practicality about the market economic information issued so that it can serve all the peasants very well and make them increase income .
