摘要
以抗虫品种69杨和感虫品种大官杨为例,从形态解剖构造及某些化学成分分析探讨其与植物抗虫性的关系.提出69杨树皮中石细胞所占比例大,木纤维壁厚、排列紧密且树皮中的营养成分含量比大官杨低等诸因素是造成其对光肩星天牛抗性的主要原因.
Different levels of resistance can be observed in various poplar varieties to Anoplophora glabripennis.The anatomical structure,the nutritive situation arid some chemical constituents in poplar have been investigated and compared to the strongly resistant poplar 69 variety and highly sensitive poplar Daguan variety.The test of feeding the larvae of Anoplophora glabripennis has been done.Experimental results indicated that the strong resistance mechanism of poplar 69 is due to the increase of stone cells in the bark,the close arrangement of fibers,the indiscriminate nature of cell walls in wood,and the production of the large quantity of cellulose.The lignin and ash content,and the decline in the quantity of nutritive constituents are the main factors relative to the strong resistance of this species.
