摘要
介绍了一种新的对电控阀门开度进行测量和控制的方法 ,采用两个塑料电位计相结合作为传感器获得阀门电机轴的转动角位移 ,从而得出阀门的开度。讨论了可能影响测量精度的各种干扰和解决办法 ,并给出了硬件的实现方法。经鉴定表明该方法成本低、精度高、能掉电记忆 。
A new method is introduced in measuring and control of the opening of electric valve.The opening is calculated from the angle of motor axis by using two plastic potentiometes. the disturbances in the measurement and its solutions are Discussed.The structure of the hardware is presented.Experimental results indicate it is reliable and low cost.
