菊花和几种其他菊科植物花粉的试管萌发 被引量:29

摘要 用改良Monnier培养基ME_3(N.Leduc et al,1990)的盐和维生素,添加180g/1聚乙二醇(PEG)1500,使菊花Dendranthema×grangiflora(Ramat.)Kitam.花粉萌发率达到30%.在此培养基中再添加蔗糖有促进萌发的作用.180g/1 PEG1500+100g/1蔗糖,菊花花粉萌发率达54.1%.该培养基对其他菊科植物也有良好效果.南茼蒿Chrysanthemum segetum、雏菊Bellispetennis和膜冠菊Hymenostemma paludosum(Poiret)Pomel在蔗糖200g/1时,花粉萌发率分别达到79%、96.1%和24.3%. Based on Monnier's medium (1990),polyethylene glycol (PEG) 1500,180g/l was found optimum for pollen germination of chrysanthemum Dendranthema×grandi flora (Ramat.) Kitam,at which the germination percentage reached at 30%.Combining PEG 1500 180g/l and different concentration of sucrose showed promotion effects 54.1% germination at PEG 1500 180g/l + sucrose 100g/l.The medium can also be used to germinate pollen of Chrysanthemum segetum L.,Bellis perennis and Hymenostemma paludosum (Poiret) Pomel (germination 79%,96.1% and 24.3% respectively at PEG 1500 180g/l + sucrose 200g/l).
