摘要
概述了脉冲电晕等离子体技术脱除有害气体的研究现状,总结了影响等离子体技术脱除有害气体效率的主要因素及可能的脱除机理,讨论了用等离子体处理有害气体的研究方向及应用前景。
The application of pulse corona plasma in removal of hazardous air pollutants was reviewed in this paper.It focuses on the main factors of removal effective and possible mechanism.The further study and the apply prospect of removal of hazardous air pollutants using pulse corona plasma have been discussed.
