低温容器有限元分析网格自动划分

摘要 在有限元法对低温容器进行结构和振动模态分析过程中,其网格的划分不但是建立有限元模型的重要步骤,而且对于有限元计算和后处理的影响非常大。利用映射—自由组合法、分步旋转和分块分割法分别对低温容器相关模型进行合理的网格自动划分,形成相对均匀规范的有限元网格模型,为多体复合低温容器动态特性研究做好有限元分析的前处理。 The finite element analysis(FEA)is applied to structure and oscillate mode analysis for Cryogenic Vessel.Its mesh generation is an important step to the finite element modeling. And it has great influence to the FEA compute and post-works. In this article Mapped-free method multi-step rotation method and sectional division method are used to automatic mesh generation for cryogenic vessel model. By which we gets the uniformity and canonical finite element mesh model, thus perfect accomplishing the pre-work of the finite element analysis for the study of dynamic characteristics of the complex body of cryogenic vessel.
