一、二年生石刁柏生长发育和养分积累规律

石刁柏出苗后4周内生长缓慢,而后进入生长活跃期,根、茎重量很快增加。第一年植株发茎共2批,有4个发茎高峰,第二年植株发茎3批,共有5个发茎高峰,每批茎生长2～3个月后逐渐枯死。春季发生新的嫩茎并很快生长成成茎,当其生长20～30天开始积累养分后,新的根和芽又开始形成。春季发生新茎时,根的干重和含糖量很快下降。在4～8月主要形成根、茎、拟叶、花和果,为形态建成期,而8～11月主要是根干重及含糖量的迅速积累,为养分积累期。

The seedling grow slowly duting 4 weeks aftre germination.A period of shoot and root rapid gtowth began after 4 weeks.The plants produced sheets in 2 waves with four peaks in the first year, the 2-year-old plants produced sheets in 3 waves with five peaks.The stems wilted and died gradually af- ter 2～3month's gowth.In spring new shoots produced and grow rapidly into stems.Shoots begin to ac- cumulate nutrition after 20～30 days'growth,and the plant begin to form new roots and buds.The roots dry weight and the catbohydrative content rapidly decreased as shoots growed in the spring.The morphosis phase occrred from April to August,formed roots,stems,flowers and fruits.The nutritive accumulative stageoccurred from August to early November,enhanced quickly dry weight and sugar con- tent in the roots.
