摘要
‘绿化九号’桃采后在室温(30℃±2℃)和低温(0℃~2℃)条件下,均出现两个呼吸高峰和乙烯释放高峰。适宜低温能显著降低其呼吸强度和乙烯释放量,推迟两次呼吸高峰的时期。间歇升温对呼吸和乙烯释放规律及风味变化有一定的影响。秋季土施多效唑(纯药1.33 g/株)能显著降低果实的呼吸强度和乙烯释放量,推迟呼吸高峰和乙烯释放高峰的出现。并显著提高果肉中脯氨酸和钙素(Ca)含量,降低含氮量和氮钙比(N/Ca),使桃采后抗低温伤害能力明显增强。
Under room temperature(30+2℃)or low temperature(0~2℃),two peaks of both res- piration and ethylene-releasing were observed with‘Lu Hua 9’peach after harvesting in this experiment.Respiration or amount of ethylene-releasing was significantly decreased,and the period of respiration climacteric was postponed,which occurred two times at low temperature at certain extent. Intermittent temperature-rising could,to a certain degree,affect pattern of respiration,ethylene-re- leasing,and the fruit flavor.Postharvest application of paclobutrazol(a.i.1.33/tree)had remarkable ef- fects on postharvest physiology of the tested peach,which significantly lowered the respiration and amount of ethylene-releasing,and postponed the peaks of both respiration climacteric and ethylene-re- leasing.With the paclobutrazol treatment,content of proline and calcium were also significantly increased,but nitrogen content and ratio of N/Ca of the fruit decreased,of which strengthened the resistant ability of the peach fruit to low temperature injury.
