红豆草不同外植体愈伤组织的植株再生 被引量:2

摘要 报道了红豆草6个栽培品种的4种外植体(下胚轴、子叶、幼茎和叶圆片),在3种培养基上,获得了大量健壮的再生植株的研究结果,生根再生苗的分化率为5%左右。为促进根的分化,接种前用红外线照射种子,并在分化培养基中加入 NAA 及酵母提取物等,可使生根再生苗的最高分化率达70%。 In the present study on three media,a large quantity of strong regeneration plantlets was obtained from explants-hypocotyl,cotyledon,stem segment and leaflet dise of six cultivars of sainfoin(Onobrychis viciaefolia Scop.).Frequency of the regeneration plantlets with roots was about 5%.In order to promote roots differentiation of the plantlets,the seeds of sainfoin were irradiated with infrared rays and the differentiatal media were supplemented with NAA and yeast decoction(extract).The fre- quency of regenerative rooted plantlets could be as high as 70%.
