摘要
用带紫外检测器的高压液相色谱仪测定了卡死克(flufenoxuron)在苹果和土壤中的残留及消解动态。两年的试验结果表明,卡死克在苹果和土壤中的消解速度是相当慢的,卡死克在苹果和土壤中的半衰期分别为11.7和28.1天。在整个苹果生长期,使用卡死克50 mg·kg^(-1),100 mg·kg^(-1)均喷雾1次,2次,最后一次施药距采收间隔期为70~72天,卡死克在苹果和土壤中的残留量均低于最高残留限量。
HPLC equipped with ultraviolet detector was used to measure residue and degradation of flufenoxuron in apple and soil.The results from two years experiment showed that the degradation speed of flufenoxuron in apple and soil was relatively slow.Its halftime in apple and soil was vespectively 11.7 and 28.1 days.When flufenoxuron was sprayed at 50mg·kg^(-1)and 100mg·kg^(-1)one time or two times dur- ing the whole growing period of the fruit,and the last application was carried out 70~72 days before the harvest,the residue of flufenoxuron in apple and soil was under the maximum residue limit at the harvest-time.
