国产重组猪生长激素对猪增重和胴体品质的影响 被引量:11

Effects of Chinese-made Recombinant Procine Somatotropin on Growth Rate and Carcass Merit of Pigs

摘要 选择日龄、体重相近,体重60 kg 的北京黑猪纯系36头,分为3组,每组12头(公母各半),每天分别注射国产重组猪生长激素(rpST)0 mg/头(对照组)、2 mg/头和3 mg/头。共注射28 d.实验猪饲喂含粗蛋白16%的全价配合饲料.测定表明:每日注射3 mg 组比对照组增重速度提高24.46%(增长4.72kg)(P<0.05),饲料增重比由3.92降至3.03(P<0.05)使饲料转化率提高22.70%;注射2 mg 组比对照组增重速度提高21.42%(增长4.15kg)(P<0.05),饲料增重比由3.92降至3.13(P<0.05)使饲料转化率提高20.15%。屠宰分析表明:注射3 mg 组和2 mg 组分别比对照组多产瘦肉3.76 kg和3.06 kg,分别提高11.96%和9.73%;脂肪率分别下降12.42%和3.45%.结果证明,国产重组猪生长激素对提高猪增重和胴体品质有明显效果. Recombinant porcine somatotropin(rpST),developed at the Laboratory of Animal Biochemistry,Beijing Agricultural University,was tested by injection on Beijing black hogs(BBH)to evaluate its effects.Thirty-six BBHs with similar ages and body-weights were selected and randomly di- vided into three groups,Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ.Each group included 6 gilts and 6 castrated barrows.The hogs were individually housed and fed with complex feed containing 16% crude proteins.When the hogs weighed approximately 60 kg,Groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were injected daily with 2mg and 3mg rpST per head,respectively, whereas the animals in the control group(Group Ⅲ)were injected with blank solution.The injection lasted for 28 days.It was found that①the growth rate was increased by 24.39% and 21.44% for Groups Ⅱ and Ⅰ(P<0.05),respectively,(i.e.body-weight was 4.72 kg and 4.15 kg higher than the control;②the feed efficiency rose to 3.03 and 3.13 from 3.92 for Groups Ⅱ and Ⅰ,improved by 22.7% and 20.15% (P<0.05),respectively,compared to the control;③the lean meat production was 3.76 kg and 3.06kg for Groups Ⅱ and Ⅰ greater than the control,respectively,with an increase of 11.96% and 9.73% in content of lean meat;④the content of fat was decreased by 12.42% and 3.45% for Groups Ⅱ and Ⅰ,respectively.
