冬小麦体内锌元素的积累与浓度分布模式和锰、锌肥效应 被引量:4

A Study on Accumulation and Distribution Patterns of Zinc in Winter Wheat Crops and the Effect of Manganese and Zinc Fertilization

摘要 用盆栽方法研究了缺锰潮土(DTPA-Mn=3.54mg·kg^(-1),DTPA-Zn=0.55mg·kg^(-1))上生长的冬小麦体内锌的积累和浓度分布模式及施用锰、锌肥的效应。结果表明,拔节期和开花期是冬小麦积累锌速率最大的时期,冬前期和返青期的速率最小。锌的浓度分布模式随生育期和施锌肥而改变。施锌肥促进植株前期对锌的吸收与锌向地上部的转移和再分配.施锰肥对植株锌吸收有拮抗作用,但不改变锌的分布模式。 By using the methods of pot experiment in greenhouse,the effect of manganese and zinc fer- tilizer applications on zinc accumulation and distribution patterns of winter wheat was studyed.The re- sults showed that:①Distribution patterns of zinc concentration in winter wheat were different at different growing stages,and changed by the application of zinc fertilizer,while manganese fertilization had no in- fluence.②Zinc concentration in shoots of winter wheat was in a tendency of steady increase along with growing stage of the crop,and increased significantly by zinc fertilization.But the application of manga- nese fertilizer had an antagonism effect.③Zinc accumulation rate in shoots of winter wheat was very low at seedling stage before winter and reviving stage,and was enlarged promptly after jointing stage,with the maxium value occuring in period from jointing stage to flowering stage of the crop.Mobility of zinc in shoots of winter wheat was medium.When zinc fertilizer was applied to the crop was increased that is sug- gested to be good for zinc nutrition in food-chain.
