摘要
报道特定电磁波(TDP)处理对高粱、绿豆等14种作物的超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。TDP 的处理方式分3种:①处理干种子,②处理发芽种子,③处理幼苗。各处理1~2h,处理后均加一定量水置于27±1℃恒温生长箱中培养,然后定期取样用氯化硝基四氮唑兰(NBT)光化还原法测定 SOD 活力。结果表明:0.25~50μm的电磁波明显提高了上述植物组织中 SOD 活力,增加幅度一般在6%~60%,未发现负增长。
The influence of the specified electromagnetic wave(TDP)treatment on the activation of the superoxide dismutase(SOD)of the 14 crops,such as sorghum,mung bean etc,was reported.Three types of TDP treatments were used:①To treat the dry seed with TDP;②To treat the germinative seed with TDP;③To treat the seedlingwith TDP.The duration of treatment is 1~2 hours.After each treat- ment,add adequate water and put them into the incubator for culture respectively,then each treatment was regularly for the determination of the SOD activation by photo-chemical reduction methods with nitro blue tetrazolium chloride(NBT).The result of the expeiment shows that the 0.25~50 μm electromagnetic wave raised the activation of SOD in the above memtioned plant tissue from 6% to 60%.The negative in- crease has never been found.
