摘要
用扫描电镜研究稻属内种、亚种和品种叶片和叶鞘的气孔特征,观察到籼稻具有多气孔性和小气孔性,有叶片的气孔边缘效应优势;水稻梗具有大气孔性和多蜡质乳突性,有叶鞘的气孔边缘效应优势,表明籼、粳属两种不同的演化类型。综合的气孔边缘效应是籼稻>水稻梗>陆稻粳>野生稻。
The stomate characteristics of leaves and leaf-sheath in different species,secondary-species and varieties of Oryza sativa were studied with scanning-electric-microscope.The Indica had a multi-stom- ate、little-stomate on leaves and had a edging-superior effectivity of stomate,but japanica had a big-stomate on leaves、multi-wax-teat on stomate and had a edging-superior effectivity on leaf-sheath.It shows that In- dica and japanica are two different evolutional types.General edging-superior effetivity of stomate are indi- ca>lowland japanica>upland japanica>wild specices.
