摘要
以三氯甲烷+甲醇+氨水:75+25+2为混合展开剂,将敌磺钠与样本中杂质在硅胶薄层板上分离后,用亚硫酸钠提取,在波长435 nm 测定溶液的吸光度。方法回收率在97.6%～100.8%,标准偏差为±0.50,变异系数为0.93%。
A thin layer chromatography-colorimetric method for analyzing fenaminosulf has been stud- ied.Technical grade of fenaminosulf could be separated from impurities on silica gel plate developed by a mixture of chloroform/methanol/NH_2·H_2O solution.Fenaminosulf in silica gel was extracted by sodi- um sulfite and was detected by colorimetric method at 435 nm.The results showed that this method is suit- able for formulation analysis of finaminosulf.
