摘要 突变体在研究植物激素的生物合成、作用机理及生长发育的控制等方面,是有力的工具。本文简要介绍了赤霉素、脱落酸、生长素、细胞分裂素和乙烯突变体的研究进展。 The present review is to provide the recent advances in the use of mutants in plant hormone research.The phytohormone mutants are broadly classified into two groups:the synthesis mutants and the sensitivity mutants.A brief outline of the recent work on gibberellin(GA),abscisic acid(ABA),auxin,cy- tokinin and ethylene mutants is provided.The block steps of GA biosynthetic pathway have been shown by using dwarf mutants of maize and pea.The wihy tomato mutants are available in studying the carotenoid pathway of ABA biosynthesis.The action of tin carotenoid pathway of ABA biosynthesis.The action of rin and Nr mutations on ripenesss of tomato fruits is described and the‘multireceptor’mechanism of action is deicussed.
