摘要
基点约束法是一种通用性强、简单、方便的机构运动分析的数值解法。用此方法分析了具有杆长误差和运动副间隙的平面低副机构的运动偏差。提出了将间隙转换成长度的公式。应用这种方法可以方便地考察某一杆长误差或某一运动副间隙的影响。文中对饺接四杆机构和曲柄滑块机构作了考察。
The basic point constraint method is a commonly used,simple and convenient nu- merical method for kinematic analysis of planar lower-pair mechanism.Kinematic deviation of planar lower-pair mechanism with error of a link length and clearance of kinematic pair is analyzed by this method.A formula that turns clearance into length is presented.Using this method it is convenient to inspect the influence of the error of a link length or the clearance of a kinematic pair.A four-bar linkage and a slider-crank mechanism are investigated.
