从秸秆的营养价值、反刍动物的消化原理,以及秸秆氨化可以改变营养成分和改善反刍动物瘤胃环境等方面论述了氨化秸秆的优越性,介绍了用氨化秸秆饲喂黑白花公牛的试验结果、用造纸废液处理秸秆的工艺和用微生物法处理秸秆的经验。资料分析和试验结果表明,用氨化秸秆养牛可以节约饲料粮,用秸秆养牛发展前景广阔。

From the aspects of the nutritive value of straws,the digestive principle of ruminants,the improvements of straw nutritive composition and tureen environ- ment by using of ammoniated straws,the superiority of utilizing ammoniated straws is presented.The results of the feeding experiment—feeding Hollstein-Friesian bull with ammoniated straws,treating straws using the waste liquor of paper mill and treating straws through the microorganic method are introduced.The results of material analyses and experiments show that raising cattle with ammoniated straw not only can save more feeding stuff,but also has broad developing prospects.
