摘要
通过把4TJW-2型甜菜挖掘机机组的悬挂机构抽象为一四杆机构,推导出机组工作时悬挂机构在铅垂面内的瞬时回转中心位置坐标(x,y)的计算公式,分析并确定了机组工作时的受力状况。在此基础上,用 BASIC 语言编写了计算(x,y)和机组受力的计算机程序,应用计算结果对第2轮样机的悬挂参数进行了优化设计。大面积生产考核试验结果表明,该样机工作性能稳定,工作时挖掘叉不会出土,作业质量符合农艺要求。
Abstracting the mounted mechanism of 4TJW-2 beet-extractor as a four- bar mechanism,the formula calculating the coordinate(x,y)of the vertical instanta- neous center Ⅱ of the beet-extractor is first derived,and then the forces acting on the beet-extractor related to Ⅱ(x,y)are analyzed and finally a computer pro- gramme in BASIC language is developed.The structural parameters of beet-extrac- tor are optimized based on the computational results.The second prototype machine designated in this way is tested in the field and approved by Heilonated in this way is tested in the field and approved by Heilongjiang Provincial Test Center of Agri- cultural Machine.
