摘要 对凿形刀在砂壤土旱耕中的工作状态进行了理论研究和实际观测。指出'几何极限进距'是实际极限进距的下限。认为用凿形刀在旱作砂壤土中以适量的超进距进行旋耕,是降低旋耕比功耗、提高生产率的有效途径。论证了超进距旋耕的可行性及其实现条件,田间试验结果表明,超进距旋耕的作业质量可以满足农艺要求,比功耗可降低40%~60%。 The working principle of chisel-rotavator is studied both theoretically and experimentally.The maximum working pitch,which is determined by the trajec- tories of motion of two successively working tines,is not the actual maximum work- ing pitch for sandy loams.On the contrary,a moderate amount of over-pitch can be an effective method to increase efficiency and reduce specific energy consumption in cultivating sandy loams.The technical feasibility of over-pitch tillage using chisel- rotavator are investigated.The results of high speed photography and the field ex- periments show that the over-pitch tillage method met the agronomic requirements. The specific energy consumption is reduced by 40%—50%.
