摘要
在稻谷颗粒内部水分扩散模拟的基础上,根据弹性力学的有关理论,通过计算机模拟得出了在干燥和保温存放过程中稻谷颗粒内疗的应力分布。通过与实验结果的对比发现,应力计算结果可以成功地用于水稻的爆腰分析。
A method of numerical calculation for moisture stresses in a rice kernel induced by drying is developed by assuming the kernel is a linear-viscoelastic sphere.Based on-this method,the internal stresses in a rice kernel during drying and tempering process are calculated,and the results are compared with the experimen- tal cracked rice percentage under the same drying and tempering conditions.From the results of the rice cracking experiments and stress calculation,it has been found that the changes in cracked rice percentage are closely related to that in the calculat- ed one.The effect of drying time and drying temperature on the calculated stresses is analyzed using the program developed by the authors.It can be seen from the re- sults that the calculated stresses follow the same trends as the cracked rice percent- age in the experiments.
