摘要
本文根据对印制电路板不同安装方式的力学与模态分析结果,提出印制电路板预变形(预应力)安装方法,对有效提高印制电路板及电子元器件抗振性,对电子设备可靠性提高有一定的现实意义。
This paper introduced a pre-distortion fixing method of RCBs based its mechanical analysis and modal analysis. This method can improve PCB and parts' vibration fatigue reliability, and there is an practical signification on the reliability of electronic equipment.
