摘要
目的 探讨微波加热对下颌骨内肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用。方法 选取 10例被恶性肿瘤侵及的下颌骨术后骨段 ,即刻用微波进行加热到 5 5℃ ,维持 2 0分钟 ,将标本脱钙后进行切片HE染色 ,光镜下观察肿瘤组织和正常骨组织的变化。结果 整个视野内骨陷窝空虚 ,无骨细胞存在 ,骨板尚清晰 ,部分骨板出现颗粒状嗜碱性染色 ,骨髓腔内 ,基本无细胞结构 ,血管闭塞 ,哈佛氏系统结构不清 ,部分区域骨板层状结构消失 ,呈一片均质的嗜伊红染色。有的区域可见凝固坏死的肿瘤细胞 ,细胞核和细胞膜消失 ,只可见肿瘤细胞和团块的轮廓残留。结论 下颌骨内恶性肿瘤细胞在加热到 5 5℃ ,维持 2 0分钟后能够被彻底杀灭。
Objective To study microwave heating effectiveness in killing the mandibular tumor cells at 55℃ for 20 minutes.Methods Ten samples of tumor-bearing mandibular bone were heated at 55℃ for 20 minutes by microwave.Then the bones were decalcified and HE staining was performed.The tumors and normal tissue were observed under the light microscopy.Results In the heated bone,bone lacunae were empty,no bone cells existed,bone lamella was seen,granular basophilia staining was seen in some parts of the lamella.In bone medulla,no cell existed,thrombosis occurred in some blood,partial bone lamella disappeared.The medullae showed acidophilia staining.Necrotic tumor cells were in some areas.Nuclei and cell membrane disappeared.Only contour was left.Conclusion The mandibular tumor cells were killed at 55℃ for 20 minutes.
