结节性(假肉瘤性)筋膜炎1例

Nodular (pseudosarcomatous) fasciitis: a case report

报告1例结节性(假肉瘤性)筋膜炎。患者男,80岁。左小腿皮下结节3个月,无明显自觉症状,增长迅速。组织病理检查示真皮及皮下组织大量梭形细胞增生,并可见红细胞外渗。予以手术切除后1个月皮损复发,后结节内注射曲安奈德2次后结节消失,观察半年未复发。

A 80-year-old patient with nodular fasciitis was reported. A nodule was found on patients left leg for 3 months with fast enlarging in size. Histopathologic examination showed that there were a number of fusiform cells in the dermis and hypodermis with the extravasation of red blood cells. After nodule resection, it recurred a month later. After twice injections of triamcinolone into the nodule it disappeared. Six-month follow-up non recurrence was detected.
