摘要
本文通过对目前广州房地产市场上的住宅户型的分析并结合作者多年的设计实践,提出了人性化住宅设计的理念以及户型设计的新趋向。
This article analyses the various housing types in the current Guangzhou real estate market, and relating to the author's years of design practice, points out the concept of humanistic housing design and the new trend in the housing type design.
