慢性HBV感染抗病毒治疗现状和进展

摘要 HBV感染可导致持续慢性肝病或失代偿肝病,HBV感染治疗的目的是防止进行性肝功能损害,抗病毒治疗是最重要的治疗措施.目前慢性HBV感染公认的抗病毒药物有干扰素、核苷类似物等.治疗性乙肝疫苗在HBV感染中的应用正在进行实验研究,现就具代表性的药物作一概述.
