摘要 变性淀粉的发展经历了分解淀粉阶段、淀粉衍生物阶段到目前的接枝淀粉研究阶段。文章详细介绍了接枝淀粉浆料的研究状况及其存在的问题,并指出:微波场中淀粉的改性具有许多优点,将微波化学应用于淀粉接枝浆料生产是一个重要的研究方向。 The development of modified starch has experienced threephases: the amylolysis phase, the starch derivatives phase andthe current grafted starch phase. The article gives detailedintroduction to the progress made in the research on graftedstarch size and existing problems. It points out that modifyingstarch in a microwave field has many advantages and applyinmicrowave chemistry technology to the production of graftedstarch size will be an important subject to be exploited in thefuture.
